It neutralizes leftover residue from cleaners, helping prepare the substrate for a successful seal. By ensuring the surface is pH balanced, WPN100 helps reduce the risk of sealant failure and improves the bond between the surface and any solvent or water-based sealer applied afterward. In addition to neutralizing acid residue, WPN100 works well as an alkaline cleaner for removing oil, grease, and soil from porous surfaces. It lifts and suspends grime so it can be rinsed away without redepositing. The formula is ready to use straight from the bottle and leaves surfaces clean and residue-free. It’s a practical option for cleaning concrete, tile, and masonry before applying a sealer. This rinse is environmentally responsible, phosphate-free, and safe to use on both interior and exterior surfaces.
