About Friable Stone Sealer

Friable Stone Sealer (WPW-500) is a high solids, acrylic-based sealant engineered to restore and protect decaying, eroded, or crumbling stone surfaces. Ideal for friable substrates, this solution forms a strong, seamless barrier that penetrates deep into the surface while creating a flexible membrane on top. It resists saltwater intrusion, pressure from underlying erosion, and environmental exposure all while enhancing the surface with a clean, wet-look finish. This sealant is especially valuable as a cost-effective alternative to replacing soft or damaged stone. WPW-500 locks down loose material, shields against further breakdown, and improves stain resistance from oil, water, pool chemicals, and other contaminants. Once easily applied, it cures quickly, adheres tightly, and remains non-yellowing even with heavy use. It’s suitable for interior or exterior use on vertical or horizontal surfaces and performs well in moisture-prone areas like pools, fountains, and showers. Comparable to WL500
