About Mix Conditioner

Mix Conditioner WB is a concrete pre-additive that’s added to the mix water before batching. It’s designed to improve the performance of concrete by increasing cement hydration, reducing bleed water, and creating a stronger, more durable mix. By forming a gel that surrounds the cement particles, this additive enhances bonding, improves strength, and makes the concrete less prone to cracking, curling, and moisture issues.
Once applied, it helps reduce plastic shrinkage and limits the formation of voids by controlling evaporation during and after placement. This results in better long term performance, especially in challenging conditions like high heat, wind, or cold weather. WPM100 also helps concrete place more smoothly, pump more efficiently, and finish faster, saving time while improving durability and appearance. It’s especially effective in colored concrete, helping prevent mottling and uneven tones caused by bleed water.
WPM100 should only be added to the mix water, not directly into ready-mix trucks. It delivers high performance concrete without complicating the process, making it a simple way to upgrade mix quality on any job.
