Excellent protection on wood surfaces. Stops water damage, prevents wood rot and decay.
WPW-10 prevents damage from water and other liquids. Wood Seal Pro weatherproofs, protects, and preserves wood of all types. It is exceptionally resistant to salt water, wood exposed to rain and or standing water and beams and posts that are placed in the ground.
Water entry expands wood, widens cracks and finally deteriorates the structure of the wood. In addition, water promotes microbial attack (fungi, moss, lichen, mold, etc.) and water content of as little as 20% in wood will accelerate the breakdown of the wood surfaces. WPW-10 greatly reduces splitting, grain raising, shrinkage and swelling. Wood Seal Pro forms a barrier that resists water entry including salt water.
